Hi! My name is Nicolas Curtil and I run a small restaurant called „chez nico“. The experience that I acquired in fine dining restaurants in both Paris and London has helped me to create a place where I can freely express myself in a very relaxed atmosphere. For many personal reasons, I chose to become a vegetarian in 2010 and decided to apply this new outlook to my restaurant. This challenge turned out to be an amazing gift which in turn has allowed me to better channel my emotions through the food I serve. I really look forward to seeing you!
